ACO · Accredited Consulting Organization

Accreditation to implement P4MGO!®.

Consulting firms that support other organizations in governing and managing their change can implement P4MGO!®. An ACO brings the framework to the client, integrates it with the methodology the client already applies and clearly establishes who manages and who governs each discipline. It does not deliver courses: that role belongs to ATOs (Accredited Training Organizations), the accredited training organizations.

How an ACO works

Implementation by certified professionals, with respect for what already works.

Each ACO operates under an official P4MGO!® license.

With certified professionals

Those who carry out the implementation are certified in the intermediate course of each methodology implemented.

With both roles defined

Implementing a discipline also means establishing in writing who manages it and who governs it: who is accountable for doing things right and who for doing the right things.

Integrating what already works

P4MGO!® does not replace the methodology the client already applies: it integrates with it and completes what is missing.

Without delivering courses

Courses are delivered by ATOs. A consulting firm that also wishes to train must additionally be accredited as an ATO.

Is your goal to deliver P4MGO!® courses?

That is the role of an ATO (Accredited Training Organization): a training organization accredited in P4MGO!® to deliver its courses.
